Packaging

 

Pure Nappy Cakes are wrapped in bubble wrap and held securely in custom made boxes to ensure a snug fit so that they arrive to your door in perfect condition. Pure Nappy Cakes try to use recycled cardboard boxes where possible as it's much kinder to our environment, however we will never allow this to compromise the quality.

 

Delivery

 

Pure Nappy Cakes delivers to any address in Mainland UK.

The stated p&p is for deliveries to mainland UK only. Delivery times and costs overseas and to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands  and so on may vary. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

All orders are sent out with various Postal services and couriers depending on the size and weight of the order. If you purchase more than one baby gift or nappy cake, depending on the nature of the items we may have to send them in separate parcels which may be delivered separatly.

 

The majority of nappy cakes and baby gifts are made to order. Please allow 2 working days for this before the dispatch of your order*

*This may vary from time to time and during busy periods. Pure Nappy Cakes advises customers to contact us if the order is required by a specific time.

1 and 2 tier deep filled nappy cakes and Christening nappy cakes Delivery aim: 3 working days via Royal Mail
1, 2 and 3 tier simple nappy cakes Delivery aim: 3 working days via Royal Mail
Mini nappy cakes, Hampers, Sock Cakes, Daddy Belts, Cup Cakes, Smoothies, Ice Creams, Sock Eggs and Baby Jam Delivery Aim: 1-2 working days via Royal Mail

Please note some services require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your parcel from Pure Nappy Cakes.

Products will be insured against loss or damage for their full value. Items will only be dispatched after the payment clears in our accounts.

Delivery charges vary due to the size and weight of certain products and apply to each item. Due to the size and nature of some Pure Nappy cakes we may be unable to combine the postage, in which case postage will need to be paid for each item.

Please be aware that Nappy Cakes can be quite heavy and that our Delivery charges reflect the true amount it costs us to ensure that your Pure Nappy Cakes order is packaged properly and delivered right to your doorstep in perfect condition.

 

Collect from us:

To save on postage and packaging you are more than welcome to collect your Pure Nappy Cakes order in person from us. We are based in Romford, Essex. Just contact us using our contact form.

If you require your nappy cake or baby gift order within a specific time please contact us so that we can advise you on whether this is possible and which delivery services we can offer you at the current time.There may be an additional fee for an upgrade on the delivery service.


Alternative Delivery Addresses:

If you would like your Pure Nappy Cakes order to be sent to an alternative address such as that of your chosen recipient please ensure you change the 'post to' address when reviewing your information at the check out.

If you have difficulty with this, please send us an email clearly stating the full name and postal address you would like your Pure Nappy Cakes order sent to, along with your transaction ID so that we can link this with your order.
