Please note due to major renovation works Pure Nappy Cakes will be closed from the 5th of August. Any orders placed from 5th of August will not be processed until September when we re-open. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to email us at info@purenappycakes.com
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders placed in July up to and including 4th August will be unaffected.

Product Availability

 

The majority of Nappy Cakes and other products by Pure Nappy Cakes are made to order, therefore if a certain product or ingredient becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to use an alternative product of equal or greater value. Pure Nappy Cakes cannot be held responsible for availability of products.

Please note all images and photographs are for illustrational purposes only. We endeavor to describe all products accurately and display accurate photographs, however designs and styles may vary.

 

Payment

 

We use Paypal as our preferred payment method which accepts all major debit and credit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to use this. Please note that there is an option at the check out to 'continue without logging into Paypal/pay by card' for those who do not have a Paypal account or those that wish not to log in.

If you are using an email address linked with Paypal the system will ask you to log in; if you prefer you can click 'continue without logging in'. Please contact us if you have any problems.  Alternatively we accept Cash on Collection or you may send a cheque if you wish.

Please be aware that orders will only be sent once the payment has cleared in our accounts. Please contact us if you wish to pay by an alternative method such as cheque or postal order.

If you intend to collect your order from us, please contact us on 07742 785 715 or by email to Sales@PureNappyCakes.com and we will advise you of the collection details. If you collect your order you will be refunded for any postage and packaging you may have paid for.

 

Refunds and Returns

 

We value each and every one of our customers greatly and take pride in providing outstanding customer services.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your Pure Nappy Cakes order you may wish to contact us before sending your return to see if we can resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve the problem you may return your purchase within 7 days of purchase for a full refund*. (Refund excludes any money paid for Postage & Packaging). Please note you are responsible for return postage costs. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.

*Please note a full refund will only be issued if your parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is dispatched it will need to be returned to us before a refund is issued, the refund will be less the amount for postage and packaging unless the item is faulty.  If you change your mind and we have already made your cake to order a refund will be issued but is subject to a 10% admin fee.

Your order and all of its ingredients must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in the full original packaging. Please note refunds will not be issued if the nappies are unwrapped or any of the items opened due to hygiene  reasons. Refunds will be issued once the cake is received by us in an acceptable condition**. Please contact us prior to sending a return.

**Excludes nappy cakes and items that are specifically made to your requirements, i.e. bespoke and made to measure products or nappy cakes using the Nature Babycare eco-friendly nappies.
