Please read the following information regarding our delivery timescales. Please note these are only a guide and may from time to time take longer, in many cases your parcel may be delivered sooner than expected! If you are in any doubt as to when you will receive your parcel please call us on 07742 785 715 and a member of our team will be more than happy to give you an accurate delivery timescale.

Orders received Monday-Thursday – our aim is to dispatch all orders the next working day

Orders received between Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday

Our Courier delivers Mon-Fri only; no courier deliveries will be made at weekends or Public Holidays/Bank Holidays.

Please note: If your item is sent with Royal Mail 1-2 day delivery your item may be delivered on a Saturday.

Subject to stock, we will endeavour to dispatch all orders the very same day if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday excluding public/bank holidays.

If you require your item by a specific time and would like a guaranteed dispatch time/day – please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our very best to assist. The above delivery information is for guide purposes only and is not guaranteed.

If you purchase more than one baby gift or nappy cake, depending on the nature of the items we may have to send them in separate parcels which may be delivered separately.

Sending your nappy cake to an Alternative Delivery Address

During the checkout process, you will be asked to confirm the billing address and the delivery address. The billing address must be the address the payment card is registered to. Enter the delivery address as the address you would like to send the order to.

If you are sending your parcel to someone else, please provide their contact telephone number (with their consent) if possible so that we can pass this to the courier should there be any problems with the delivery.

Please check the delivery address carefully as Pure Nappy Cakes cannot be held responsible for any problems with delivery where an old, incorrect or incomplete address has been given although we will contact you to resolve the issue if we are aware that the address is incorrect or incomplete before the item is dispatched.

*This may vary from time to time and during busy periods, but we do aim to dispatch all in stock nappy cakes on the very same day (Mon- Fri - Excluding weekends and public or bank holidays). Pure Nappy Cakes advises customers to contact us if the order is required by a specific time.

The above delivery timescales are purely a guideline for Mainland UK deliveries only and may vary. If your order is for more than one item the delivery service may be different from that stated above and may well be upgraded to a Next Day Delivery Service with 1 hour delivery time slot.

Please note some services require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your nappy cake parcel from Pure Nappy Cakes. Pure Nappy Cakes cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the courier nor can we be held responsible for any matters regarding the courier attempting delivery if there is no-one available to sign for your parcel.

Pure Nappy Cakes cannot be held responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control, adverse weather conditions, acts of God and so on. Nor can we be held responsible for delays or parcels returned to us if an incomplete or incorrect delivery address is supplied by you. Please check all delivery addresses carefully when placing your order.

The above delivery timescales are to be used as a guideline only.

Products will be insured against loss or damage for their full value. Items will only be dispatched after the payment clears in our accounts.

Packaging of your nappy cakes

Pure Nappy Cakes are wrapped in bubble wrap and held securely in custom made boxes to ensure a snug fit so that the nappy cake arrives to your door in perfect condition. Pure Nappy Cakes endeavour to use recycled cardboard boxes where possible as it's much kinder to our environment, however we will never allow this to compromise the quality.

Delivery of your Nappy Cakes

Pure Nappy Cakes delivers to any address in Mainland UK* and some products to Northern Ireland at no additional cost. (See above table for details.)

*Delivery times and costs to overseas and to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands, remote areas, overseas and elsewhere may vary. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you. We are able to deliver all products excluding 4 and 5 tier deep filled nappy cakes to Northern Ireland at no additional fee. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, highlands and remote areas may take longer than the timescales stated and may be sent with a different carrier than stated. Collect your nappy cake directly from us

To save on postage and packaging of your nappy cake you are more than welcome to collect your Pure Nappy Cakes order in person from us. We are based in Romford, Essex, Greater London. We are a less than 10 minute drive from either junction 28 or 29 on the M25 and 5 minutes from Eastern Avenue on the A12. Please call or email for further details. Collections are available during the daytime, evenings and weekends, however this must be agreed by us beforehand, please get in touch for more details.
